‘Wisdom and wellness’ at Pow Wow April 9

The 21st-annual Pow Wow, hosted by the Kathryn M. Buder Center for American Indian Studies at the Brown School, will be held Saturday, April 9, in the Field House. The theme this year is “There is Wisdom and Wellness Within the Circle,” and the event is free and open to the public. Arts-and-crafts booths open at 10 a.m. and intertribal and contest dancing take place at 1 and 7 p.m. FULL STORY

Wal-Mart gender bias case will impact future class action cases, law professor says

This summer, the Supreme Court will rule whether to allow the district court certification of the class action gender bias case against Wal-Mart.
